I am a laid-back, fun-loving, and light-hearted person. I am also naturally curious, I ask questions about the world around me and about things that I notice. I love meeting new people, developing relationships, and understanding different people’s habits and preferences. I am confident in my intuition; however, I am not rigidly attached to my opinions and always try to be open to the possibility that I might be wrong. I attribute this to a keen sense of self-awareness and my innate flexibility and adaptability. I have found that these are crucial qualities when working with teams and brainstorming.
I am incredibly motivated and driven to succeed because I have a lot of pride in the projects and work that I do. Working at a full service car wash throughout high school ingrained a strong work ethic in me. Today, I work hard to ensure that I am continuously improving, learning, adapting, and getting ready for the future. As a leader, I am open-minded, flexible, and optimistic. I believe that these qualities allow me to get the best out of every type of person, not just people who share similar qualities as what I described above. I try to be aware and mindful of others’ preferences and dispositions in order to form the best connections. This mindset has helped me build lasting relationships wherever I go while contributing positively to all of my communities.
